The marvellous and fantastic location for the price, close to the Osaka Airport Limo bus station, the subway and osaka station, and the main metro, JR lines, and the Osaka Airport Limo bus station. Also, unable to call or help us with booking a taxi.

Clean, luxurious hotel with very friendly and excellant stuff who then asked me to pay first after speaking to another manager. Brand-new and well-appointed rooms with own bathrooms and an electric kettle and a refrigerator.

Equal parts excellent and disappointing

Convenient location near shops and extensive amenities, including a well-maintained public bath and multiple laundry facilities, were great touches that enhanced our experience.

The hotel's amenities were excellent, with a rooftop public bath, a 24-hour Lawson for late-night snacks, and a strategically convenient location close to Osaka Umeda station, made exploring the area so much easier. The room, although small, was modern and well-kept, perfect for a night of rest after a day of sightseeing.

The breakfast spread impressed me with its variety, especially during the transition to brunch around 10 am. Despite the room's small size common in Japan, it felt comfortable and well-equipped, offering splendid views of Osaka. I loved the onsen experience, a highlight. The staff provided a yukata, and the amenities like shampoo and shaving foam were a nice touch. The self check-in process made things smooth, and I appreciated the complimentary welcome drink. One downside was the cramped space. If there were two people, it would've felt crowded with hardly enough room for our luggage. Accessing the nearest subway station took longer than expected, requiring a bit of familiarity with the area. Still, the walk led to plenty of affordable dining options nearby.

Had a comfortable stay with decent amenities, especially loved the rooftop pool with its amazing views and the nice public bath. The only downside was the cramped room size.

The public bath on the rooftop offers a nice escape after wandering the city. A handy Lawson store on site supplies all sorts of essentials.

Getting to the hotel from Osaka station is an adventure in itself. It's a confusing 10-15 minute walk, especially with luggage. Rooms are cramped, leaving little space to maneuver or even open a suitcase comfortably.
